Find Intrinsic Satisfaction in Your Work

  • Notice when time flies for you. This is an indication of your natural talent and intrinsic satisfaction.
  • Notice what you are doing when you feel great joy. This is another indication of your individuality and your intrinsic motivated abilities.

Consider opening to change. Consider discovering and diving into what deeply satisfies you in your work. You will experience an overall sense of well-being. Americans are discovering intrinsic satisfaction is more important to them than working in a job they hate just to buy a bigger house, or car etc.

Find the job that perfectly fits your personality and your natural intrinsic motivations. You can experience your greatest potential for satisfaction and enjoyment, while achieving your work goals and aspirations.
