- What kind of time commitment is expected and required?
- Are the expectations in line with your personal values?
- What challenges is the company facing and what are the contributions you are looking forward to making?
- Do you see potential for growth for your career and for the company?
- What is the company culture – does it seem like a fit for you?
- How innovative is the company?
- Do the company values match with your values?
- Do you feel a rapport and connection with your colleagues and superiors?
- Does your management style fit with the company?
- Are your new salary and benefits competitive and fair?
- What are the travel requirements?
- What is the pattern of growth for the company?
- Where do you see yourself five years from now with this company?
